Estere Kajema is a writer and art theorist based in South East London. She holds a BA, MA, and MRes in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths. Currently, her research focuses on topics of death, heritage, hauntology, and witchcraft.

When not writing academic texts, Estere works on collaborative creative projects and writing fiction, plays basketball, walks her dog, and binge-watches Seinfeld. She is currently working on her debut novel, titled beshert. Estere’s preferred pronouns are she/they. She doesn’t normally refer to herself in the Third person.
